
Hello, I’m Tim—a copywriter and editor with over nine years' experience writing for reputable brands.
Having worked both in-house and agency-side for over nine years, I’ve written for just about every platform, from high-performing SEO content to snappy creative.
In my current role as Copy & Editorial Manager at marketing agency TrunkBBI, I write copy for B2B and B2B brands from various sectors, manage tone of voice and freelance writers, and deliver content strategies that drive results for clients.
Last year, I was selected for Manchester’s School of Thought creative advertising competition.
Each week for three months, I took on a fresh brief – turning insights and strategies into big ideas, then pitching them to some of Manchester’s top advertising agencies.
I was chuffed to finish fourth, while also earning shortlist nominations for Best Idea and Best Copywriting.
To top it off, one of my concepts was developed by Meanwhile into an OOH and social campaign for Travel Supermarket.
Outside of work, you're most likely to find me with a book in hand, in the pub with my pals, or training for a half marathon.
